Instructor is very knowledgeable in this field and provided me with great information to use at home. She’s guided me on a healthy journey in understanding food and the role it plays in our bodies not just for nourishment but for the physical well-being, not just for myself but my family as well.
Group based class format was amazing, it was great being able to share this with other that are also looking to learn and understand more about the food that we reach for and find some amazing alternative to try to help with any ailments we are feeling. Great to be able to make small goals to stick to and cheer each other on to help stay on track, and also share tips on what everyone else was trying.
This was very eye opening to learn about the cause and effect of our food choices. This was very encouraging for me as someone who never sticks to fad diets and struggled to understand the food choices were adding to feeling the way I was.
Thank you Kristin for helping me become a healthier version of myself and showing me that I can succeed in this by making small changes that have a big impact.

back to basics classes
I attended all 4 of the classes that Kristin had led and I was left with a wealth of knowledge that I had not really ever thought about with diet and nutrition. I fully intend on using that knowledge to make more conscious changes in my dietary choices going forward. I appreciate the time and effort that Kristin had gone through to enlighten us on the information she provided to us.
